Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 May 2026
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for services provided by TenDo (Hosti.ch), a sole proprietorship, to its customers. Differing conditions apply only if agreed in writing.
2. Services
We create, host and maintain websites and related enquiry, booking-request and visibility foundations according to the chosen package or individual quote. The specific scope of services follows from the package description or the written agreement.
bexio-ready means that contacts, enquiries and quotes are structured so a later integration can be implemented cleanly. Direct synchronisation is owed only if expressly agreed and technically activated.
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of packages on this website is not a binding offer. An enquiry via our form is non-binding; the contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation or the joint written agreement.
4. Prices and payment
The prices agreed at the time of the order, in Swiss francs (CHF), apply. Any VAT is shown where applicable. Setup fees and monthly fees are invoiced as agreed.
Setup fees are shown separately. Standard terms: 50% at start, 50% at go-live. On request, the setup fee can be paid interest-free in 12 or 24 monthly instalments. Monthly care can be cancelled monthly after the first three months. There are no three-year contracts.
5. Term and cancellation
Ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, marketing) can be cancelled monthly unless otherwise agreed. On termination, we hand over the domain and relevant data in an orderly manner; accounts with third-party providers remain yours.
6. Customer cooperation
You provide us in good time and in a suitable form with the content, texts, images and access required to perform the services, and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.
7. Corrections, support and additional requests
We perform our services professionally and carefully. One correction round is included in the setup unless otherwise agreed. Larger additional requests, extra pages, integrations, campaigns or extraordinary support are quoted transparently.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for indirect damage, lost profit or data loss is excluded within the legally permissible scope.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Bülach (Canton of Zurich).
